Already have Elementor Pro? You're set.
Elementor is welcome — but never required. GatewayKit plugs straight into the Elementor form widget you already use, and when you skip Elementor entirely, the built-in drag-and-drop Form Builder, Gutenberg block, and shortcode have you covered.
-
A native form action
GatewayKit shows up right inside Elementor Pro's “Actions After Submit” list — next to Email and Collect Submissions. No shortcodes to wire a form to a gateway.
-
The builder is built in
GatewayKit ships its own drag-and-drop Form Builder with starter templates. You don't need Elementor — or any other form plugin — to take a payment.
-
Faster to ship
Use the form fields you already built. Map any field to the amount, pick a gateway, publish. Minutes, not an afternoon of glue work.
-
Less to break
Fewer plugins means fewer conflicts and updates to babysit. Your checkout lives in the builder your whole site already uses.

“I did not want a bloated checkout taking a 5% cut on every student enrollment. GatewayKit lets me accept Stripe and PayPal right from my landing page with 0% platform fees. It just works.”
Sarah Jenkins
Independent Course Creator
I built GatewayKit because every time I needed a simple payment form, I had to install WooCommerce — a full e-commerce engine — for a single payment button. GatewayKit does one thing: makes collecting a payment on WordPress dead simple, with or without Elementor. Nothing more, nothing less.

Common questions
What does GatewayKit do?
GatewayKit is a lightweight payment form and donation builder for WordPress. Build payment forms with the drag-and-drop Form Builder, the Gutenberg block, shortcodes, or Elementor — and collect payments through 9 gateways without WooCommerce.
Do I need Elementor Pro?
No. GatewayKit is fully standalone — it includes its own visual Form Builder, a native Gutenberg block, and a universal shortcode that work on any theme. If you do use Elementor, there's a dedicated widget for Elementor Free and a Payment Gateway action for Elementor Pro Forms.
Can I attach different prices to form choices?
Yes. Dynamic option pricing lets you attach a price to any dropdown or radio option (e.g. "VIP Pass | 100"). The form total updates in real time, and GatewayKit validates the price server-side so tampered submissions are rejected.
Can I sell courses or digital products with GatewayKit?
Yes. You can use GatewayKit for any fixed or variable-price transaction: course enrollment, event registration, service booking, or digital downloads.
What's the difference between the free version and Pro?
The free version includes all 9 payment gateways (PayPal, Stripe, Mollie, Razorpay, Paystack, Mercado Pago, CoinGate, Coinify, NOWPayments), the standalone Form Builder, Gutenberg block, shortcodes, starter templates, the transaction dashboard, PDF receipts/invoices, email receipts, transaction notes, date-range filtering, Payment Links, and structured logging. Pro adds discount codes, refunds from the dashboard, an analytics dashboard, CSV export, recurring Stripe subscriptions, optional/donation payments, outgoing webhooks, white-label mode, and a Payment Summary form field.
Which payment gateways are included?
All nine — PayPal, Stripe, Mollie, Razorpay, Paystack, Mercado Pago, CoinGate, Coinify, and NOWPayments — are included in the free plugin. Stripe also supports Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and Afterpay.
Is the payment data stored securely?
Yes. Gateway credentials are encrypted at rest (AES-256-CBC) and decrypted only in memory when processing a payment. Forms are protected with nonces and rate limiting, receipt lookups are rate-limited, and logs automatically redact sensitive data. No card data is stored on your server.
Can I customize the receipt page?
Yes. Use the provided shortcode anywhere in Elementor or the WordPress editor to display a fully customizable receipt page.
